Meet Your Designer

With a marketing degree and a love for clean design – I find myself bursting at the seams with fresh ideas to help my people communicate to their people through their words and through their visuals. Hi, I’m Katie!

I’ve loved creating since I was small. From painting with my grandma, to designing layouts in the school yearbook, to studying marketing and design in college, to doing this design thing full time – I’ve always been drawn to the idea of inspiring people through what they see. However many years later and I’m still drawn to those things, hence why I’m here!
I took a leap of faith in 2018 and quit my office job! (Let’s just say creative minds weren’t made for the 9-5.) I’ve been happy and learning and growing and building this business ever since.
I started making wedding invitations and evolved into a brand designer. I’ve learned I have a knack for the big picture. I’ve been doing this for a while and every year I’m better – consistently fine tuning my process, learning to communicate clearer, and working towards offering you the most valuable services.

In short, graphic design is a craft where professionals create visual content to communicate messages. This could be through something as small as a business card or as large as your full visual identity (logo, color scheme, messaging, fonts, etc.)!
Graphic design is the art of creating anything with a message that you look at, it’s behind everything you see.
But it’s more than just a logo or your company hand out. It needs to be pleasurable. It needs to be meaningful. It needs to tell a story and it needs to make sense. You can hire anyone to make you something. Invest in those who create visuals that speak.

We put our feet in the shoes of every “customer.” We always, always, always think through the entire user experience from one’s first glance at any given piece to their physical next step.
We understand the value of consistent communication and a clear user experience for both you (throughout our time working together) and your customer (who will ultimately be interacting with what we create with you.) Clarity is KEY, but that doesn’t mean we can’t have fun along the way! We create to communicate while also creating to inspire. We really value cohesiveness but we also really value FUN.
